El Consejo también pide al alcalde Gloria que amplíe —o al menos mantenga— la financiación de los programas en curso, como la ayuda al alquiler para residentes con bajos ingresos, los esfuerzos de ayuda a las personas sin techo y los refugios especiales para personas LGBTQ.
